- Type-VS Dry carbon fiber hood for 2014-2019 Corvette C7 Stingray and Grand Sport
- Road race-inspired hood vent - enlarged for heat extraction.
- Autoclave process with pre-preg 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth.
- Dry carbon does not have UV protection, it is recommended to have it coated with automotive grade inhibitors if you do not plan to paint or wrap the part.
- Dry carbon fiber matte finish.
- Mounts with OE "hardware.
- All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons.
- Heat shield required.
- The use of a hood prop rod is highly recommended.
- Hand crafted; approximate weight 13.0 lbs.
- Anderson Composites does not suggest installing "aftermarket gas shocks/clear coat with UV dampers/struts.
